Peanut Chaat With Spiced Yogurt Recipe is an interesting combination of typical chaat flavours, combined with protein-rich peanuts. Spiced with a flavoured yogurt it is a perfect option for a cold salad or appetizer for you’re a chaat party. The peanuts are earthy and aromatic from being boiled, combined with cooling yogurt, chopped cucumbers and tomato. Perfectly seasoned with a mix of chilli and other aromatic spices Peanut Chaat With Spiced Yogurt is a great mid-morning or tea-time snack too.

Did you know: Peanuts are actually legumes, although they possess qualities similar to other edible nuts such as pistachios and almonds. Peanuts provide high energy – almost 567 calories per 100 grams – and contain high quantities of nutrients, minerals, antioxidants and vitamins. Also high in mono-unsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid, peanuts help lower LDL or "bad cholesterol" and increase HDL or "good cholesterol” in the blood. Studies also suggest that roasting or boiling peanuts enhances the antioxidant bio-availability by almost two to four-fold.
