    5 Green Chilli, (bajji variety (light green ones)
    250 Baby Potatoes
    1 Turmeric powder (Haldi)
    4 Garlic, chopped finely
    1 Curry leaves
    1 Oil
    2 Gram flour (besan), optional                                                                       Salt to taste
