    4 Sweet corn, on the cob
    2 Butter (Salted)
    2 Ginger, grated
    2 Lemon juice
    1/2 Lemon zest, grated without the pith
    4 Parmesan cheese, or any cheese of your choice, grated
    1 Oil
    2 Coriander (Dhania) Leaves, for garnish
