This Satvik Carrot Sprouts Salad Recipe is a No Onion No Garlic salad which is made from freshly grated carrots and sprouts, with a hint of lemon. This recipe can be made with simple and ingredients easily available in your kitchen. 

You can serve it with your meal and can have it as whole meal if you are on a diet. This is a satvik recipe so you can also have it during your fasting days or other special occasions.

    4 Carrots (Gajjar), finely grated
    1/2 Green Moong Sprouts
    1/4 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum), finely chopped
    1/4 Fresh coconut, freshly grated
    1/4 Raw Peanuts (Moongphali), soaked in water for 3-4 hours
    1-1/2 Lemon juice
    Black pepper powder, to taste
