Instructions for Quick Microwave Chocolate Pudding Recipe

    1

To begin making the Quick Microwave Chocolate Pudding Recipe, stir together cocoa powder, sugar, corn flour and salt in a large microwave safe bowl. Gradually add milk and whisk till no lumps exist.

    2

Place the bowl in a microwave at full power for 8-10 minutes. Pause microwave every 2 minutes to stir the mixture. After 8 minutes, the pudding should have thickened.

NoteIt's very important to pause the microwave after every 2 minutes and stir the mixture or the pudding may spill over. You can add some coconut powder, chopped almonds, hazelnut extract etc for flavour variations.
