To begin making the Kerala Style Pazham Pori Recipe (Banana Fry), slice each banana into lengthwise pieces of about 1 to 1-1/2 inches.
In a bowl, combine the flour, milk, coconut and salt to make a smooth thick batter. Add additional flour if you feel the batter is thin.
Preheat oil for deep frying; once the oil is heated, dip the sliced banana pieces in the flour batter until it coats well. Dip the batter coated banana into the oil and fry until golden brown. Proceed the same way with the remaining banana pieces and serve.
