The Dilli Styled Baked Aloo Chaat recipe is a healthy version of the classic Delhi Street Food where the aloo is fried. Delhi is famous for all kinds of food, specially chaat, papdi, tikki and gol gappas ( pani puri's). Among this list is one of my favorite dishes - the delicious Delhi Aloo Chaat.

I love the use of green mint chutney and tamarind chutney in this chaat. I try and make my chaat almost similar to the delhi chaat but the only difference is that I bake or boil the aloo (potatoes) instead of deep-frying them.

Serve the healthy version of the Dilli style aloo chaat recipe that is packed with flavors and taste as a Tea time snack or an appetizer for dinner parties.
