    1 Cocoa Powder
    1 Flax seed powder (flax meal)
    2-3 Chocolate chips
    1 Salt
    1/4 Vanilla Extract
    Maple syrup, sugar to taste
    1 Peanut Butter
    1 Chocolate chips
    Mixed fruits, sliced
