    1 Broccoli, steamed
    3/4 Milk
    1 Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
    1/4 Instant Oats (Oatmeal)
    Honey, or sugar as required
    Mixed fruits, as required, chopped
    Dry Fruits, as required, chopped

    To begin making the Broccoli Oats Smoothie Bowl, add the steamed broccoli, milk, curd, oats and honey in a blender.

    Blend everything until it is well combined and smooth. Once done, transfer the roccoli Oats smoothie in a bowl and garnish it with fruits and dry fruits of your choice.
