For Taco filling

    1 1/2 Sweet Potatoes, boiled
    1/2 Canned black beans
    1/2 Paprika powder
    1/2 Cumin powder (Jeera)
    1/4 Salt
    1 Oil
    4 Corn flour tortilla

For Avacado Cream

    1 Avocado, sliced and mashed
    3 Shallots
    2 Garlic, finely chopped

For Cabbage salad

    1 Purple cabbage, shredded
    1 Lemon juice
    1 Vinegar
    1/4 Salt
