    5 Button mushrooms, sliced
    1 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    4 Spinach Leaves (Palak), (baby leaves), chopped
    2 Whole Eggs, hard boiled & chopped
    Salt
    Black pepper powder, to taste
    1 Lemon juice
    1/2 Ginger
    1 Dijon Mustard
    2 Sesame (Gingelly) Oil
    1 Pumpkin seeds, roasted
