    1 Pears, julienned
    4 Curd (Dahi / Yogurt), (low fat)
    3 Pineapple juice
    1 Tabasco Original - Hot Sauce, (or any hot sauce of choice)
    1 Sugar
    3 Coriander (Dhania) Leaves, chopped for garnish

    To begin making the Pear and Apple Coleslaw Recipe; we will first get the dressing for the salad ready.To make the dressing for the coleslaw, whisk together yogurt, hot sauce, pineapple juice and sugar in a large bowl with a wire whisk until well combined. The dressing can be prepped in advance and refrigerated until required.
