Oven Roasted Peaches and Cream Recipe is a quick and simple recipe that you can make for parties in a jiffy. All you need is some fresh peaches and cream. If fresh peaches are not available, you can make this dish with the Canned Peaches and they taste just as delicious. Grill the canned peaches on a skillet or in the oven before you serve. Spice them up with cinnamon and nuts and your dessert is ready in minutes.

Roasting peaches make the peaches juicer and sweeter. Cinnamon and peaches are a match made in heaven and they go perfectly well with a simple vanilla flavoured whipped cream.

Ingredients for Whipped Cream

    6 Peaches, ripe, deseeded
    1 Butter (Salted), softened
    1 Sugar
    1 Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)
    Walnuts, roasted, to serve (optional)
    Mint Leaves (Pudina), for garnish
    200 Heavy whipping cream
    3 Icing Sugar
    1 Vanilla Extract

Instructions for Oven Roasted Peaches And Cream Recipe

    To begin making the Peaches and Cream Recipe, preheat the oven to 180 C.

    Cut peaches into half and remove the seeds and toss the peaches in some softened butter, cinnamon and sugar.

    Place the peaches on a baking sheet and bake it in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, until the peaches have softened and look tender.  Once done, remove from the oven and keep aside.

    In the next step, we will prepare the whipped cream. Place some whipped cream in a large mixing bowl or in the bowl of a stand mixer. Add the icing sugar and vanilla extract and using the whip attachment, whip the cream until you get stiff peaks.

    To serve the Oven Roasted Peaches and Cream, scoop the whipped cream into individual serving glass, place a few oven roasted peaches on the top of the cream. Garnish it with mint or slivered almonds and serve.
