    1/2 Green Moong Sprouts
    1 Sweet Potato, boiled mashed
    4 Instant Oats (Oatmeal)
    1 Ginger Garlic Paste
    1/4 Turmeric powder (Haldi)
    1/2 Red Chilli powder
    1/2 Garam masala powder
    1/2 Cumin powder (Jeera)
    1/4 Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
    Salt, to taste
    Oil, for deep/shallow frying

    To begin making the Moong Sprouts And Sweet Potato Cutlet Recipe, first blend together the moong sprouts in a mixer to make a coarse paste. Do not use too much water, or it will get runny.
