    4 Whole Wheat Brown Bread
    2 Cheese Slices
    2 Tomatoes, thinly sliced
    4 Basil leaves
    1 Butter (Salted), softened
    Salt and Pepper, to taste

    Spread some softened butter on the each slice of the bread. Set aside while you heat the grill pan.

    Preheat the grill pan over medium heat. Once the pan is heated, arrange the sandwich in the hot pan.

    Using a flat spatula, press the sandwich into the pan and grill on medium heat until the sandwich is browned evenly on both sides. Turn off the heat.
