Grain Free Chocolate Porridge is an unique and delicious way of including cauliflower in our diet. The cauliflower makes this dish grain free and it is also a healthy way to start your day. Cauliflower supposedly contains many cancer fighting properties and also helps to cure lower heart diseases.

Ingredients

    1-1/2 Cauliflower (gobi), cut into florets, cleaned
    1 Coconut milk
    1 Coconut milk, for garnishing
    1 Date syrup
    3 Cocoa Powder
    1 Vanilla Extract
    Salt, as required
    1/4 Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)
    3 Strawberries, sliced
    1 Pistachios, sliced
    1 Dried Figs, chopped
    1 Walnuts, chopped

Instructions for Grain Free Chocolate Porridge Recipe

    To begin making the Grain Free Chocolate Porridge recipe, add 1 cup of coconut milk and cauliflower florets to simmer in a saucepan. Cook them for 10 minutes or until they become tender.

    Using an immersion blender, blitz the cauliflower to a grainy consistency. Alternatively, you can even cool it completely and use the regular blender.

    Empty the contents into a mixing bowl and add in the cocoa powder, date syrup, salt, cinnamon and mix everything until it is combined well.

    Once done, serve it in a bowl and top it with fruit and nuts and the reserved coconut milk on top.
