Fresh Fruit Bowl Recipe is a simple bowl full of seasonal fruits chopped to bite size. This is a bowl full of healthy vitamin and lot of water content that can give an instant energy boost. Fruit bowl is usually served as it is for a mid morning snack or along with Home Made Breakfast Granola Recipe and yogurt or milk as a complete breakfast. You can also accompany it with a glass of Fresh Orange Juice Recipe and a Boiled Egg.

While serving as a mid morning or as an after school snack you can add chaat masala powder or salt and pepper to taste, and serve it along with a Cocoa Banana Almond Date Smoothie.     1/4 Green Grapes
    1/4 Orange, peeled, chopped coarsely
    1 Ripe Bananas, peeled, sliced
    2 Fresh Pomegranate Fruit Kernels
    1 Kiwi, peeled, sliced
    1 Apple, chopped
    1/4 Red grapes
    Chaat Masala Powder, (optional)
    Salt and Pepper, (optional)

    To begin making Fresh Fruit Bowl Recipe, prep with all the cut fruits first. Try to use seasonal fruits so that they pack in the nutrition demanded of a particular season.

    Once all the fruits are peeled and chopped (try to use the peel of fruits which have an edible peel, like apples or chikku), take a large mixing bowl and put all the fruits together and toss lightly, with spices if you are using any.
