Ingredients

    1/2 Couscous
    1 Onion, finely chopped
    1 Tomato, finely chopped
    1 Cucumber, finely chopped
    1 Mango (Raw), finely chopped
    Parsley leaves, a small bunch finely chopped
    1 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 Lemon juice
    Salt, to taste
    Black pepper powder, to taste
