    2 Carrots (Gajjar), grated
    2 Sweet Potatoes, half boiled and grated
    1 Onion
    1 Button mushrooms, chopped
    200 Tofu, crumbled
    6 Oats Flour
    3 Coriander (Dhania) Leaves, chopped
    2 Cumin seeds (Jeera), roasted and ground
    300 Oil
    Salt and Pepper, to taste
