To begin making Andhra Style Beetroot Vepudu, Firstly wash, peel and chop the beetroot into small cubes.
The next step is to temper the steamed beetroots. Add oil to a wide pan and add cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, curry leaves, dry red chilli and fry until dal changes its colour.
Now add steamed beetroot to it, add salt according to your taste and let it cook for 1-2 minutes more.
